1830 Amethyst Street

At 1830 Amethyst Street, a prominent 59-unit affordable housing building situated in the Bronx, our team completed a comprehensive roof replacement project. This project was made possible thanks to funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). 

The previous roof was old and in need of repair. It had been causing issues for the tenants of the building, including leaks during heavy rain and increased energy costs due to poor insulation. We worked closely with a team of contractors to design and implement a new roofing system that would address these issues and provide a long-lasting solution for the building.
