During the investigation phase, it was discovered that the 100-year-old building's central wing had deteriorated roof slabs, prompting the development of replacement details for the concrete roof slabs over the existing steel beam framing. Given the historical significance of the building, close coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office is necessary to ensure the preservation of its heritage.
