ADAM POOLE, AIA
Adam, originally from Berkeley, CA, is an accomplished Project Manager with over ten years of experience in the architecture industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Columbia University. Adam began his career as an intern at CTA Architects P.C. in 2012, where he quickly worked his way up to Technical Staff in 2013, eventually promoted to Project Manager in 2021. During his tenure at CTA, Adam has been responsible for managing a wide range of projects, from exterior restorations to new construction.
Currently, Adam is overseeing the restoration of the Bronx County Courthouse, a historic 14-story building constructed in 1933. The restoration involves extensive exterior work, including the reconstruction of ten-foot-high parapets and the replacement of masonry, limestone, and roofing materials. Adam has also overseen the design and construction of a new three-story, 40,000-square-foot addition to PS 206, an elementary school in Queens, and is currently managing the exterior restoration projects for the M510 Forsyth High School and PS 46.
