It features 78 units with a mix of 50/30/20 income levels, providing affordable housing options for residents. The building incorporates efficient appliances and fixtures, as well as terraces and balconies for residents to enjoy outdoor space.

Our team made sure to comply with the design requirements of the Department of Housing and Preservation Development, which ensures that the building meets high standards for affordable housing, and also meets the LEED certification standards, which ensuringes that the building meets high standards for sustainability and environmental friendliness.
