Bronx Excellence Community Hub

We have begun the design of a new building for Bronx Excellence that will function as a Parkchester community hub. This seven-story facility will provide essential spaces for learning, wellness, and creativity It will include a gymnasium, an auditorium, a pool, a lounge, a greenhouse, a workout room, a library, a kitchen, dance and art rooms, outdoor terraces, a conference room, a music recording studio, and flexible classrooms. Developed in collaboration with the Owner, the project aims to enrich the community by offering a welcoming and engaging environment for all while also being of heavy timber construction and built to Passive House standards.
