Frank has been with CTA since 1995, when he joined at the 124 West 24th Street location. Throughout his tenure, Frank has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skills and keen interest in construction detailing. His formidable presence on site has earned him tremendous respect within the office and among clients. As Associate, Frank oversees construction practices to ensure consistent quality in the firm's projects.

Frank’s educational journey began with a National Certificate in Construction Studies from the Institute of Technology in Sligo, Ireland, followed by a National Diploma in Construction, Architecture from the Institute of Technology in Waterford, Ireland. Frank's qualifications have been recognized by esteemed organizations like the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), reflecting his dedication to professional standards.

He has made notable contributions to projects such as the restorations of the Irish Hunger Memorial, Grace Church in Brooklyn, and the Hotel St George. His involvement in the rebricking project at 35 East 85th Street earned him significant appreciation, including a generous bonus check from the building's board, highlighting his high regard and remarkable expertise.
