Grand Street Food Pantry

The Pantry Project at Grand Street is an excellent example of our comprehensive approach to projects. Beyond the technical aspects, we prioritize attentive listening and a deep understanding of our client's needs. What started as a limited interior renovation project evolved into a much larger initiative that incorporated and expand food pantry and renovated management offices to better serve the community.

Our team worked closely with the property Ownership to determine the program and available space, and we designed and provided recommendations for interior finishes, custom-designed shelving, lighting solutions, a functional kitchenette, and adaptable file storage. The result is a fully renovated space that exceeded the client's expectations and provided a better service to the community.
