Lefferts Heights

Lefferts Heights Housing is a low-income housing residential complex situated in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn. We performed a moderate rehabilitation of the complex in two phases.

Phase I focused on exterior restoration, roof replacement, elevator modernization, and garage restoration. The scope of work included the replacement of windows, doors, and exterior finishes, as well as upgrading the building's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

In Phase II, we completed the interior renovation of 89 apartments while tenants were still living in the building. We performed structural repairs to the wood frame structure and various additional upgrades to the mechanical systems. Additionally, we renovated the lobby and installed new USPS mailboxes, building entry doors, and vestibule doors.
