St. John Paul II

At St. John Paul II, a 69-unit low-income apartment building for seniors, our team collaborated closely with the building's management to create a thoughtful and accessible design that caters to the needs of all residents. Inside, we transformed public spaces, two community rooms, and both handicap and non-handicap kitchens, ensuring a functional and inviting environment for all residents. The renovation encompassed a comprehensive exterior restoration of the building, revitalizing its appearance and preserving its historical charm.

The renovation of all accessible and non-accessible kitchens was also a key aspect of the project. We worked with a team of contractors to update the existing kitchens with new appliances, cabinets, and countertops while also ensuring that the layout was safe and accessible for all residents.
