Westminster House

The scope of our work at Westminster House, a two-tower twenty-one-story apartment building with white glazed brick cavity wall facades, was extensive. Our team removed all exterior masonry, including setbacks and returns, and installed continuous backup support. We also replaced all steel shelf angles throughout the buildings.

To meet the client's requirement for a facade that blends modern technology with traditional prewar detailing, we installed a new red brick curtain wall with cast stone water tables and a cast stone base. This allowed us to achieve an elegant blending of the postwar modern building with other prewar buildings in the neighborhood.
