225 Carroll Street

Built in 1899, 225 Carroll Street faced a significant challenge with bulging masonry on the front facade. To rectify this issue, we conducted a thorough removal of the existing face brick and replaced it with new brick to ensure the structure's stability. Alongside this, we resurfaced the stucco to match the original brownstone basement level and replaced the window sills and lintels. By the project's completion, the facade was restored to its former glory.
