Built in 1958, this 12-story reinforced concrete structure with concrete block back up and brick masonry facade is located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side.

CTA facilitated construction administration services for renovation of the building’s common corridors and lobby, replacement of stone cladding and doors at the main entrance exterior and planters, and installation of a new wheelchair accessible entrance ramp and railings.

The renovation was procured by the building through a design-build agreement with a renovation contractor. Due to the prolonged phasing of corridor upgrades in an occupied building, the building required construction administration assistance in tracking and “punch listing” the completed work. Additional consultation was required as the exterior stone replacement and stair and ramp upgrades were carried out.
