George Hardy & St. Francis Apartments

For our moderate rehabilitation of the George Hardy & St. Francis Apartments in the Bronx, we completed extensive interior renovations, including new lobbies, common space finishes, and new bathrooms, kitchens, and finishes in all 204 apartments. As part of the rehabilitation, we also replaced the roofs at all four buildings with new modified bitumen roofing systems, resin-based flashing, sheet metal replacement, and joint repairs. Upon completion, this moderate rehabilitation project was certified as an Enterprise Green Communities project, promoting sustainability in low-income housing.
