Hudson Manor Terrace

Located in a serene area of Central Riverdale, Hudson Manor Terrace is undergoing an exciting renovation project. Our focus is on enhancing the building's lobbies, ensuring a welcoming and functional space for residents. The scope of work includes the renovation of windows, finishes, mailboxes, and other delivery service requirements. As part of the modernization efforts, we will integrate the new Building Link System, streamlining communication and management within the complex. 

We are also undertaking exterior work, including the creation of new roof decks in the west building wings. To provide access to these rooftop amenities, we will extend the elevator structures, enabling residents to enjoy the beautiful views and outdoor spaces. The centerpiece of the roof decks will be an elevated recreation deck, designed to accommodate various activities as per the Board's requests.

The roof work is a crucial component of the project, ensuring the longevity and sustainability of the complex. We will replace the waterproofing membranes of the main roof and the low garage building, addressing any potential issues and ensuring a watertight and secure structure. In line with the growing emphasis on environmental responsibility, our design also incorporates provisions for green roofs and/or accessible recreation green space, promoting sustainability and providing residents with an enjoyable outdoor environment.
