Lindsay Park

Lindsay Park, a Mitchell-Lama residential complex comprising 2,700 dwelling units across seven 22-story buildings and one commercial building housing management offices and other commercial businesses, is currently in the Construction phase for the exterior restoration project. The scope of work includes elevator upgrades, electrical and plumbing upgrades, facade repairs, and replacements of both the main and bulkhead roofs at all eight buildings. Our goal is to restore the complex's exterior to its former glory, ensuring that it remains a desirable place to live for years to come, as well as to provide shareholders with cosmetic and technological upgrades within the dwelling units and throughout the shared areas to upgrade and modernize existing amenities. 

A subphase to the project includes the renovation of all of the residential lobbies.
