Roosevelt Terrace

Roosevelt Terrace is a residential complex located in Queens' Jackson Heights Historic District. Designed by Philip Birnbaum and completed in 1954, it consists of five "E"-shaped, nine-story bonded brick towers with a landscaped campus.

Over the course of nearly twenty years, our team has performed a variety of exterior restoration services at Roosevelt Terrace. Our work has included replacing the roofs and parapets at each building, as well as performing localized masonry repairs throughout the complex.

We have also undertaken extensive restorations at all three parking garages, including complete roof replacements. And we have repaired the exterior walkways at the campus, ensuring that they are safe and accessible for residents.

As a result of our ongoing work, residents of Roosevelt Terrace can enjoy a revitalized and safe living environment that reflects the unique history and character of the complex.
