Washington Square Village

The project at Washington Square Village involved replacing all 2,875 windows at the four-building residential complex located in Greenwich Village. Our team conducted acoustical testing to determine the appropriate exterior wall assembly package to meet the local environmental designation requirements. The new wall assembly included new replacement windows and glazing, AC louvers, insulated panels, batt insulation, waterproofing, and sound-attenuating through-the-wall air conditioning covers. This project aimed to improve the energy efficiency and acoustic performance of the building, providing a more comfortable living environment for residents.
