Woodhaven 3K Center

The Woodhaven 3K Center project presented a challenging yet rewarding task that involved the transformation of an existing commercial building into a state-of-the-art educational facility. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the renovation was completed on time and within budget while also meeting the needs of the community and the tight deadline.

Our design was tailored to cultivate an optimal learning environment while ensuring the safety and comfort of the young students. The addition of the new storefront entrance and canopy, which required new openings through the concrete façade, provided an enhanced aesthetic to the building.

The project was completed on an accelerated five-month schedule to be ready for the 2019-2020 school year. It was executed under our CIP Term Contract with the New York City School Construction Authority.
